What to expect
The active part of the sessions are an hour and a half and include a somatic practise/enquiry, a grounding practise followed by 45 minutes conscious connected breathing and 15 minutes integration time. There will be a little time after the practise for a share (if you wish), a cuppa or further integration if necessary
