CCB is a therapeutic form of breathwork characterised by a circular, continuous rhythm of breath without pauses between the inhale and exhale.
Breathing in this way leads to a shift in consciousness and is a beautiful way to gain more direct access to our inner wisdom and guidance
It works by slowing down the part of the brain responsible for our stories about ourselves, our ego, allowing more direct access to the part of the brain where our memories, emotions and behaviours live and to our primal brain where our instincts for safety and self protection originate
