What to expect
Conscious Connected Breathing is a powerful breathwork technique.
I will demonstrate the breath and check in with you before we start the session,
You may experience old memories surfacing, have emotional releases and feel a lot of sensation in the body. Expect to have some or all of these. They are a natural release of stuck energy and clear pathways for new energy to flow. You may also experience altered states of consciousness including bliss like states.
I have a somatic approach to this practice and will encourage you to meet the messages of your body. This may lead to physical movement and sound release
These are all a normal part of the process
Your boundaries and sense of safety in the room is a priority. There will be no pushing or forcing for cathartic releases although these may happen
You will have my full attention during the session.
