What to expect

By experiencing Conscious Connected Breathing in a workshop setting you will be joining a community of like-minded souls who wish to explore universal themes through a blend of play, inquiry, movement, and sound, culminating in a shared breathing practice that fosters and deepens connection and understanding of self and other.

We will engage in thoughtfully curated exercises around a chosen theme which will include some of the following; meditation, embodied movement, dance, journaling, intention setting and bodywork (with consent) and discussion in small groups to explore the theme in more depth. These gentle inquiries are often insightful, helping you connect to and uncover aspects of your being whilst also recognizing the unique expression of those around you.

This will be followed by a guided 45-minute Conscious Connected Breathwork journey followed by 15 minutes of integration. We will have an opportunity after the breathwork practise to come back to Circle and share (if you wish) and then a gentle winding up of the session which may include further integration and a cuppa.
