How to prepare

  • 1:1 and group sessions will last between 90 mins and 2 hours. Workshops are usually 3 hours

  • If you think you will be hungry during the session have a light meal 2 hours before you arrive and bring a snack for afterwards

  • Wear loose comfortable clothes that you can move freely in ie, jogggers and a loose t shirt or leggings underneath a dress. Bring some layers and warm socks as body temperature may rise or fall during the session.

  • I provide yoga mats, blankets and pillows but if occasionally I can’t do this, I will let you know in advance so that you can bring your own

  • Bring water in a non breakable container

  • A great approach is to come with an open mind and without expectation
